Conferences

In order to fulfill our mission to promote professional leadership, provide opportunity for study of problems common to our members, and to communicate information that will impact improved services for exceptional children, G-CASE conducts a fall conference and a Spring Legal Forum every year. One-day, single topic, Drive-In Conferences are also offered throughout the year. G-CASE works closely with the Georgia Association of Educational Leaders (GAEL) on the GAEL summer and winter conferences, as well. G-CASE has membership/business meetings for all our members two times a year in conjunction with the G-CASE fall and spring conferences.

The Georgia Council of Administrators of Special Education (G-CASE) invites you to join us as a Sponsor of our 2025 Spring Legal Conference!
We are expecting 350+ face-to-face participants and would like to offer you the opportunity to share information about your product or service with them during the conference. Our members WANT to hear from you! We will not be offering exhibits at this conference, but will be providing an opportunity to 12 sponsors with the following benefits at $600/Sponsor:
G-CASE Spring Legal Conference Sponsorship Package
Ø Opportunity to address the entire audience (live or pre-recorded) during a General Session for up to two minutes via a spokesperson for your company.
Ø Opportunity for your company logo to be featured on the big screens during several rotating slide shows in the General Session Ballrooms as a conference sponsor.
Ø Opportunity to enjoy a hot catered lunch (Tuesday, March 3, 2026) with all conference participants. A member of the G-CASE Executive Board will escort you to his/her table and introduce you to other Special Educators during lunch, if you desire. (No cost for one sponsor; $100 for each additional person.)
Ø Opportunity for your company logo and link to be shared on our website, G-CASE Newsletter, and social media.
Ø Opportunity to have access before the conference to the names, positions, school systems, and email addresses of all conference participants.
Ø Link to dining establishments in downtown Athens.
Ø Opportunity to share with our participants any hard or digital copies of flyers, brochures, tote bags, Swag, etc. (Please contact Sarah Burbach for more information.)
Ø Opportunity to access the G-CASE hotel block for reservations of discounted rooms, as long as rooms are available.
