Morning Session: 8:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

Afternoon Session: 12:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
During this half day of professional learning (morning and afternoon repeated session), participants will be asked to bring and use their school system data (FTE Reports and Allocation Sheets) and laptops or notebooks to determine areas to improve scheduling to maximize FTEs and funding as well as to build informational cases to support current special education positions or to reallocate positions to improve services. Wi-fi connections will be available. Participants will be given several Microsoft Excel documents/tools to facilitate the process. This drive-in conference will be a blend of presentation and work group activities facilitated by Philip Mellor and other special education leaders in the state.
Cost: Free to G-CASE members (members of CASE and CEC); Non-members: $100 (Cost of an annual G-CASE membership is $187.) Meals and refreshments will not be provided for this ½ day session.
It is necessary, however, that everyone pre-registers so we have an accurate count for materials and room set-up. There will be no on-site registration.
